This department deals with order in the house of God. It also sets the tone of the ministry. The way an usher receives people at the door, and general treatment of the same thereafter, will, to a certain extent, determine the opinion those pple form about RMI. Therefore, ushering requires self motivated Christians who have a mind to work, serve at all costs with their time especially. Christians who are willing to do the mandane duties at odd hours, out of the eyes of anyone. It requires maturity, a big heart for people, smartness, punctuality and willingness to be the first person to come to services and last person to leave. Not forgetting a cheerful face and great public relations. Above all, ushers should be full of the Holy Spirit because sensitivity to spiritual things will be demanded of them as they deal with people.
